Welcome to PCK, Inc. (“PCK,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our websites, digital services, mobile apps, and content across all PCK brand platforms, including but not limited to PCK Nightlife, PCK Fashion, PCK Travel, PCK Wellness, PCK Spirits & Wine, PCK Essence, and PCK Creative Studios.

By using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to access our services. Use of certain areas (e.g., PCK Spirits & Wine) may be restricted to users 21 and over.

You may be required to create an account to access specific features. You agree to provide accurate, current information and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

All content, logos, graphics, videos, and trademarks on our platforms are owned by or licensed to PCK, Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

• Infringe on the rights of others, including intellectual property or privacy rights
   

If you make a purchase (event tickets, products, subscriptions, etc.), you agree to provide valid payment details and authorize charges accordingly. All sales are subject to availability and applicable terms at the time of purchase.

We may link to or integrate third-party services. PCK, Inc. is not responsible for the content, terms, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for any behavior that violates these Terms or harms our users, platform, or brand.

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PCK, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use our services.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
